Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, taking into consideration their specific mental health needs, personal goals, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), in various settings including individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services, utilizing effective communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients experiencing acute distress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in accordance with clinic policies and all relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Engage in psychoeducation activities for patients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and tools to manage mental health challenges effectively.

• Participate in regular evaluations of treatment outcomes, using data-driven approaches to adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with a track record of effective therapy outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 84,000 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and skill level. In addition, our benefits package includes:
