Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for a diverse array of patients, including individuals, adolescents, couples, and families, ensuring to tailor interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Collaboratively develop and implement treatment plans, documenting progress and modifying plans as necessary to enhance patient outcomes.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, effectively communicating with fellow clinicians and support staff to coordinate care strategies aimed at optimizing the patient experience.

• Maintain ethical standards and timely documentation across all activities, assuring compliance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities, to facilitate patient engagement and progress in achieving their mental health goals.

• Provide ongoing case management through collaboration with community resources, hospitals, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is mandatory, while advanced degrees are preferred.

• A commitment to work between 10 to 40 hours per week or more, catering to the needs of clients and your preferred schedule.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in the mental health field is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your individual experience and credentials.
