Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a comprehensive psychosocial assessment for each client and develop an initial treatment plan tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions to promote healing and recovery, while regularly updating treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Ensure accurate and thorough maintenance of all documentation related to therapy sessions, adhering to professional standards and organizational policies.
