Key Responsibilities\n

• Apply a range of psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to foster improvement in emotional and behavioral disorders among individuals and families.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop customized treatment plans, including initial discharge plans, to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs as outlined in their treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy services in compliance with both organizational standards and applicable laws.

• Manage an assigned caseload effectively while participating actively in treatment team meetings for the coordination of patient services.
