Key Responsibilities\n

As a Fully Licensed Mental Health Clinician, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing evidence-based therapy practices for individuals, groups, and families, employing various therapeutic techniques tailored to the specific mental health concerns of clients.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an independent and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Possess a master's degree or doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exhibit outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build therapeutic relationships and foster an inviting environment for clients.

• Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity, essential for working effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Show strong organizational skills, maintaining timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates should have prior experience in a clinical setting, working with a diverse population and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. Experience in conducting group therapy sessions and community outreach initiatives is also highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
