Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to deliver care from the comfort of your own home or preferred location. While the standard work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, some flexibility may be required to accommodate the varying needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans using evidence-based practices.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective modalities that resonate with individual clients.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records to comply with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, to optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and shared learning.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, allowing for unique considerations in therapy and treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Illinois.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling personalized and effective treatment strategies for clients.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building and collaboration with clients and team members.
