As a therapist with Innvouz, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a wide range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice independently in Texas, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses allowed, and applicants must have no history of disciplinary action.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, characterized by empathy, active listening, and a non-judgmental approach to care.

• Adeptness with technology and strong computer skills to efficiently navigate our telehealth platform.
