As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Serenity Medical Center, you will work in a fully remote setting, providing vital mental health services to students across various school districts in El Paso, Texas. Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary focus will involve working with students, ranging from elementary to high school age, who are experiencing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. This population requires a thoughtful and culturally sensitive approach, as each student's background and experiences significantly influence their mental health and treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience of at least 2 years in mental health counseling, preferably with children and adolescents.
