This position is fully remote, offering flexibility to create your own schedule within our core operational hours, Monday through Saturday. Our school setting allows you to work closely with students facing various mental health challenges while collaborating with educational staff to promote a supportive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups to determine their unique needs and appropriate interventions.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring regular communication through meetings and documentation.

• Provide case management for assigned clients, engaging in consultation with hospital and community professionals to deliver holistic, coordinated care.

• Utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address diverse mental health issues and contribute to clients' service plans.

• Document all interactions and treatment progress ethically and promptly, adhering to departmental standards.

• Participate actively in meetings to review patient progress and establish interdisciplinary care strategies.

• Address education and safety needs of patients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to mental health care, irrespective of age.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a school-based population, including children and adolescents from various backgrounds who may be facing emotional, social, or academic difficulties. This role requires the ability to engage effectively with school staff, parents, and community resources, thereby contributing to a healthy and supportive atmosphere for students. Your efforts will directly impact school success rates and overall mental health awareness within the student body.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license is required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
