Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our school-based programs, you will primarily work with children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health issues. This may include, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Our goal is to create a nurturing environment where young people can express themselves freely and receive the necessary tools to improve their overall mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood.

• Demonstrate empathy, genuine compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences.

• Possess robust organizational and time-management skills, facilitating effective management of a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a school setting or with youth populations is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with the unique challenges faced by adolescents.

• Background in utilizing teletherapy platforms and adapting therapeutic approaches for virtual sessions.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused therapy.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , dependent on experience and caseload.
