Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging and effective individual therapy to students, tailoring therapeutic modalities to suit their unique circumstances.

• Establish clear therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and regularly evaluate their progress to ensure positive outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options, accommodating variations in accessibility to ensure all students receive appropriate support.

• Document sessions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of students facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
