Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate students' emotional and psychological needs, crafting tailored treatment plans based on your findings.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to assist students in managing their mental health.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing students, families, and educators with the necessary tools and knowledge to address mental health concerns.

• Collaborate effectively with fellow mental health professionals, educators, and administrators to develop and coordinate care plans that are conducive to student success.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support to students during mental health emergencies or when they are in distress.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT within the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic methods, and treatment approaches.
