Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and psychological needs, ensuring that each assessment informs tailored treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on in-depth client evaluations and ongoing assessments, focusing on evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate both one-on-one and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that resonate with diverse client backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to offer an integrated approach to client care, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

In this role, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic provides services to a diverse population, allowing you to gain rich clinical experience and cultural competence as you tailor your therapeutic approaches to meet each client's unique background and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A bachelor's degree is essential; however, a master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating your capability to manage complex mental health cases effectively.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for treating a variety of mental health conditions, tailoring interventions to achieve the best client outcomes.

• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate rapport-building with clients, thereby motivating them throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Excellent communication skills that foster teamwork and productive collaboration with all members of the treatment team are essential.
