Senior Accountant (Contract) - Onsite

Location: Ellenton, FL | 100% On?Site

We're seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a contract, fully on-site role supporting corporate accounting operations. This position will assist with month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, deferred costs, and audit support within a multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and quarterly close in NetSuite
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Maintain fixed assets, deferred costs, prepaids, and lease accounting
• Assist with intercompany accounting and audit requests
• Partner with Payroll, AP, and FP&A on close-related activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 5-7+ years of corporate or public accounting experience
• Strong U.S. GAAP knowledge
• Advanced Excel skills
• NetSuite experience strongly preferred
• CPA a plus , but not required

Pay Rate: $38-$42/hour , depending on experience

Schedule: Full-Time Contract | On-Site Only

Pay Details: $38.00 to $42.00 per hour
