Location: Woburn, MA (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Month Contract
Interview Process: F2F Interview
Note: No jumpy profiles. Candidates must have strong Salesforce BA experience with banking/finance domain expertise.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce/nCino Business Analyst to support a banking technology transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Salesforce and nCino , along with a solid background in banking or financial services . This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, improve business processes, and deliver effective Salesforce-based solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce as a Business Analyst.
- Experience with nCino platform is highly preferred.
- Must have banking or financial services domain experience.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating documentation, and managing user testing.
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Other Experience
- Experience supporting Commercial Lending or banking operations.
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in regulated environments.
- Experience supporting Salesforce enhancements, configurations, and implementations.
