Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, detailed evaluations that uncover clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions employing evidence-based treatment modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring that therapeutic goals align with their personal values and life situations.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve coordinated and efficient client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning in response to acute client needs, ensuring timely support during critical moments.

• Create and lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, promoting shared experiences and peer support among participants.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, evaluations, and treatment plans while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse client base primarily focused on individuals facing end-of-life challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited academic institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
