Job Billings for our more complex customer contracts. Reconcile Sheet Metal divisional revenue monthly. Enter Estimates into software. Maintain job master files. Updating of contract values and estimates as change orders are received. Maintain Certificate of Insurance files – paper and online. Oversee Master Subcontract files. Enter subcontracts into software ensuring insurance is up to date. Answer payment questions from suppliers as they arise on pay-when-paid contracts. Cross training in and the ability to back up other areas: Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Posting, Job Creation, Subcontracts, and Payroll. 1099 NEC, 1099-MISC, 1099-INT annual reporting. Contributor to annual audit, as directed. Other miscellaneous duties as directed. Qualifications 2+ years Construction Accounting experience AIA Billing experience Associates Degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Accounting Career Consultants
