This role is performed remotely, allowing for flexibility in your daily routines while maintaining a strong connection with clients via telehealth platforms. The typical working hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities\n

The LMFT will be responsible for a range of important tasks, which may include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate client symptoms and identify mood disorders.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and therapeutic needs.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of all client interactions in alignment with ethical standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Many clients face unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your expertise in therapeutic models, such as strategic, structural family, and narrative therapy, will be essential in addressing their complex needs and fostering positive change.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
