About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Hyperscale Sales with a strategic and commercially driven approach to lead the expansion of go-to-market efforts with hyperscale cloud and data-center customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, establishing and nurturing executive relationships, and leading the execution of complex, high-value engagements within the data-center market. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in building executive relationships, navigating enterprise procurement cycles, and closing significant infrastructure and technology deals. Applicants for the Vice President of Hyperscale Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with a focus on enterprise or strategic-account sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the data-center industry, particularly in the context of hyperscale cloud providers and major data-center operators. Key responsibilities include leading commercial negotiations, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and developing channel and ecosystem relationships. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills, as well as the ability to influence product roadmap and market positioning based on customer and market intelligence. A high level of commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and financial acumen is essential, along with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for a range of stakeholders.
