You have 1-2 years of experience in a veterinary client‑facing role. You’re the kind of person who can make anyone feel welcome—from nervous pet parents to excited new puppy owners. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can juggle phones, appointments, and in‑person clients with ease. You’re highly organized and detail‑oriented—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch. You communicate clearly, kindly, and professionally—whether it’s over the phone, email, or in person. You’re comfortable discussing services, estimates, and payments with confidence and empathy. You’re a team player who supports both clients and the medical team to keep the day running smoothly. You genuinely love animals (even the spicy ones).
