Executive Assistant To The Superintendent

Under the Superintendent's general direction, the Executive Assistant provides confidential administrative and executive support to the Superintendent and Board of Trustees. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and communications; preparing Board agendas, minutes, policies, and official records; responding to Public Records Act requests; supporting District communications, website, and social media activities; coordinating meetings and events; and serving as a liaison among District leadership, employees, families, legal counsel, governmental agencies, the media, and the community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Applicants must have high-level administrative or executive-support experience and demonstrated knowledge of school district organization, operations, policies, and procedures.
