Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to support our client in the Hialeah area. This is a short-term, 2-month project ideal for someone with strong collections experience and excellent customer communication skills. Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Schedule is 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri and Pay is $20 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accounts receivable collections activities, including follow-up on outstanding balances
• Post customer payments accurately and in a timely manner
• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls professionally
• Work with customers to establish payment plans and resolve account discrepancies
• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions and account status
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate account reconciliation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections required
• Experience with payment posting is a must
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high-volume calls
• Ability to negotiate and set up payment arrangements
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and accounting software

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20/hour
