This position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from home in a flexible and friendly environment. Your schedule will typically require availability Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance without the need for on-call obligations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one video chat sessions with clients to facilitate discussions on mental health, encouraging them to express their emotions and share their experiences.

• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental conditions to inform the development of tailored treatment plans that employ a solution-based approach.

• Support clients in identifying personal goals, serving as an advocate to empower them in their healing journey.

• Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, utilizing clinical expertise to ensure optimal support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes within the organization’s digital health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adult clients experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. These individuals are often seeking supportive therapy to develop coping strategies, enhance their self-awareness, and improve their interpersonal relationships. Your empathetic approach will make a significant difference in their lives as you address concerns such as anxiety, mild depression, life transitions, relationship issues, and work-life balance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated strong computer literacy skills for effective use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package reflects your experience and expertise, with an annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 based on hours worked.
