Lead Maintenance Supervisor - Aurora, CO 80010 Take the lead in maintaining a high - quality apartment community where your technical expertise and leadership skills keep operations running smoothly. This role offers steady hours and the opportunity to guide onsite maintenance efforts. Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Pay: $26-28/hr (Depending on Experience)

Start Date: As soon as possible Job Description • To oversee daily maintenance operations and onsite staff • To complete and assign work orders and preventative maintenance • To perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance, and HVAC repairs • To ensure unit turns meet quality standards • To maintain property safety and compliance expectations
Qualifications • Apartment maintenance leadership or supervisory experience • EPA Type II or Universal Certification • Strong skills in general maintenance trades • Ability to oversee staff and prioritize workload • Own tools required #BGW1
