Our client in the Des Moines Metro seeks an experienced Director of People and Culture to drive vision, development and execution of people strategy
You will earn up to $120,000, depending on your experience. You will also enjoy an excellent company benefits package.
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Leadership experience with proven ability to lead, influence executive strategy, and act as an employee advocate
- Exceptional interpersonal, listening and coaching skills
- Experience in HR, talent management, or people operations
- Strategic mindset
- BA in HR, Business Administration, or related
As the Director of People and Culture, you will be expected to:
- Develop and implement programs for recruitment, onboarding, and retention to attract top talent
- Design and oversee training schedules to cultivate continued professional growth
- Administer employee surveys and reviews
- Lead the Intern Program/Oversee mentor team
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Collaborate on bonus structures and compensation strategies
- Organize team-building initiatives
