Manufacturing Technician (INSPECTOR)
Location: West Chester, OH
Shifts: 1st (6am–6pm) & 3rd (6pm–6am) 
rotating schedule
Pay: $23–$26/hour

Kelly is seeking Manufacturing Technicians for a leading pharmaceutical client in West Chester. In this role, you will operate and monitor automated inspection equipment, perform visual and physical inspections, complete GMP documentation, and support lean/process improvement activities in a cGMP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust inspection equipment
• Conduct manual inspections with attention to detail
• Perform batch record entries and maintain accurate documentation
• Handle materials using pallet jacks and lifts
• Complete cleaning and housekeeping responsibilities
• Support process improvements and participate in 5S/Kaizen events

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and recordkeeping
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment; some overtime may be required
• Quality and Manufacturing
