Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities appropriate for each client's unique challenges.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy when applicable, focusing on building rapport and trust.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing appropriate strategies to stabilize the situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment documentation, progress notes, and assessment findings, adhering to ethical standards.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with a variety of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care delivery.

• Empower clients and their families with education on mental health issues, therapy options, and accessible community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, which includes individuals from different cultural backgrounds, couples navigating relationship challenges, families dealing with systemic issues, and groups seeking support for shared experiences. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
