Work Environment

As an onsite outpatient office, our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art therapeutic tools and technologies that empower our physical therapists to deliver top-quality care. Your typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a stable schedule that balances work and life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for a broad spectrum of patients, focusing on enhancing mobility and alleviating pain.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care strategies.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment modalities, rehabilitation processes, and preventative care techniques.
• Monitor progress throughout the therapy process, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with clinic policies and regulatory requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy License in California is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is mandatory; a Master's or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
