Our 5,000 square feet state-of-the-art facility specializes in providing high-quality sports medicine services and rehabilitative care. We pride ourselves on our dedicated team of professionals, which currently includes two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, all committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care. We primarily serve a patient base covered by private medical insurance, which allows us to deliver personalized treatment plans without the constraints often found in larger healthcare settings.

Work Environment

This full-time position operates in an onsite rehabilitation facility located in Fremont, California. The work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent schedule that benefits both the staff and patients. Our facility is designed with the latest technology and equipment to support effective treatment techniques, ensuring an optimal environment for both staff and patients during the rehabilitation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to recognize and fulfill the goals and needs of each patient effectively.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring a quality experience for all clients.
• Utilize your prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care to provide cost-effective treatment methods aimed at enhancing mobility.
• Develop and implement care plans employing diverse treatment techniques and methodologies.
• Customize individual fitness and wellness programs that cater to patients' unique requirements and goals.
• Be a source of motivation for patients throughout their treatment journey, optimizing their functional outcomes.
• Promote healthy lifestyles by focusing on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination among patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Continuously evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and maintain open communication with both patients and team members.
• Document all services provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• Must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• No board actions or disciplinary actions on record against the license.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and a proficiency in developing effective exercise regimens.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, and ability to use it efficiently.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Experience working within a team-setting, collaborating with other healthcare providers.
• Proven ability to create and modify fitness and wellness programs based on patient-specific needs.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
