Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to determine individual therapy needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for a variety of orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to pre and post-surgical rehabilitation, sports-related injuries, chronic pain management, and lower-level neurological disorders.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes and ensure effective rehabilitation.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, exercise programs, and lifestyle modifications to support their ongoing health and wellness.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population, including athletes experiencing sports injuries, individuals recovering from surgical procedures, and patients managing chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
