Key Responsibilities\n

• Build positive, trusting relationships with clients while conducting both individual and group therapy sessions, helping to alleviate distress and promote mental well-being.

• Diagnose a range of mental health disorders using standardized assessment tools and develop individualized treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each patient.

• Regularly meet with clients to provide ongoing counseling, guidance, and support, adapting treatment plans based on continuous patient feedback and progress.

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. The diverse backgrounds and experiences of our patients require a culturally competent and empathetic approach to therapy, ensuring that treatments are tailored to each client's context.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
