Quick Facts Location: Hanover, PA Start Date: 11/02/2026 End Date/Duration: Until 03/31/2027 (with extension options) Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (5x8s) Hours/Week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-Time W-2 Licenses/Certifications: PA license or Compact, CRNA Certification, ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Prior CRNA experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $229.11 Benefits: Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your success throughout your assignment What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care in an outpatient surgery center with 4 ORs covering orthopedics, gynecology, eyes, endoscopy, ENT, dental, and general procedures Conduct anesthesia for a diverse patient population, including both children and adults Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort Manage anesthesia for up to 15 patients per day in a high-volume outpatient setting Supervise anesthesia procedures with support from experienced team members, ensuring adherence to protocols Document patient care accurately using the Epic EMR system Support anesthesia-related procedures, including routine and complex cases What You Need Required: PA license or valid compact license Board Certified CRNA ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications Relevant experience in anesthesia care Preferred: Experience with outpatient surgical procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Work at a busy outpatient surgery center equipped for a variety of procedures including orthopedic, gynecology, eye, ENT, and dental surgeries.
