Social Media Community Manager

To support a growing service offering, the full-time Social Media Community Manager will develop and execute community management strategies on Reddit, identify engagement opportunities, and build brand presence while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute Reddit community management strategies for clients and the agency Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility and engagement Collaborate with various teams to ensure social efforts align with broader organic growth initiatives Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in social media, online communities, or community-led growth initiatives Demonstrated experience with Reddit community management and understanding of subreddit culture Experience in developing and executing organic social media strategies for brands Exceptional written communication skills with adaptability across different audiences Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client initiatives simultaneously
