HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CALL CENTER) | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:
- Location: Louisville KY 40222 – 100% on-site
- Payrate: $18/hr
- Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday
- 2 Shifts: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CALL CENTER) | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Call Center) will assist customers by phone and email, researching and troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate, thoughtful solutions.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high-volume call center environment while maintaining patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help each caller reach a resolution.
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CALL CENTER) | RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and email and provide timely, accurate assistance.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns using research and problem-solving skills.
- Handle a high volume of calls while remaining professional, patient, and service-focused.
- Help customers navigate healthcare-related questions and services.
- Follow through on issues to ensure callers receive the answers and solutions they need.
- Take orders and provide follow-up services as needed.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
HEALTHCARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CALL CENTER) | REQUIREMENTS :
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
- Call center experience, particularly in a healthcare services environment, strongly preferred.
- Customer service/customer facing experience in a healthcare setting required
- Experience working with phone systems or dialers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain dependable and focused in a high-volume environment.
- Demonstrated empathy, kindness, and a genuine commitment to helping customers.
