This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional with strong invoice processing experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess high-volume vendor invoices accurately and timelyPerform 2-way and 3-way invoice matchingVerify invoice approvals, coding, and supporting documentationReconcile vendor statements and research discrepanciesAssist with weekly check runs and ACH paymentsMaintain accurate AP records and filing systemsRespond to vendor inquiries regarding payment statusSupport month-end closing activities related to accounts payableCollaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and purchase order issuesQualifications1+ years of Accounts Payable experienceExperience processing a high volume of invoicesKnowledge of invoice matching and account codingProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulasStrong attention to detail and data entry accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with ERP or accounting softwarePrevious experience with vendor reconciliations and check runsAccounting coursework or degree preferredCompensation & SchedulePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourLocation: Lake Forest, CAPosition Type: TemporarySchedule: Monday – Friday, standard business hoursIf you're looking for an opportunity to expand your accounting experience with a reputable organization, we'd love to hear from you.Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
