Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses, including conducting interviews and reviewing client histories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your approach will be tailored to each individual’s background and experiences, emphasizing cultural competence and understanding. You will be expected to apply trauma-informed care and demonstrate empathy and sensitivity to the unique needs of your clients from all walks of life.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Holds a current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

  A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting with direct counseling practice.

  Solid understanding of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, new hires may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. Our benefits package includes:
