Overview Cardiac Telemetry Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry, Nights (3x12), Saint Louis, Missouri. Start 09/08/2026 for a travel temporary assignment lasting Weeks. Earn $1,817 to $1,913 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Work in a 28-bed Cardiac Telemetry unit within a 233-bed acute-care setting on nights. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,817-$1,913 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Start date: 09/08/2026 Shift: Nights, 3x12 Unit: Cardiac Telemetry (28 beds) with adult cardiac/telemetry patients Floating: Will float within scope to meet facility needs; pre-approved time off: 2 days per contract; RTO up to 7 days; no RTO during first week Responsibilities Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias; respond per protocol Administer and monitor cardiac medications and drips (no titration) External pacemaker monitoring and chest tube monitoring Post-cardiac cath/surgery care, including heparin protocols; IV start and maintenance Collaborate with interdisciplinary team; document care in EPIC; ensure patient safety and timely escalation as needed Requirements Licensure: Missouri RN license or MO compact; IL license in hand required at submittal if applicable; no local candidates within a 75-mile radius accepted Experience: Minimum 2 years in cardiac telemetry or related telemetry/acute care Certifications: BCLS (required), NIHSS (required); ACLS preferred or may be required by compliance deadlines Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program; active RN licensure in good standing Skills: Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation; ability to work in an on-unit monitoring environment; IV start/maintenance; EPIC charting Immunizations and safety: Flu vaccine required (exemptions allowed); COVID-19 vaccine not required; fit testing may be required; pre-start modules/labs completed per policy Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing process Nationwide assignments Pre-approved time off and structured RTO limits Interdisciplinary support and on-unit resources Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
