This role is ideal for someone with a "cowboy mentality" a self starter who thrives on hustle, persistence, and the pursuit of high earnings beyond traditional sales roles. Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume, strategic outbound phone calls to prospects, including office managers, secretaries, and decision makers, using a multi-level approach to secure meetings. Coordinate and participate in Zoom meetings and eventually in-person tours of commercial properties to engage clients and showcase Clarefield’s expertise. Develop and nurture long‑term client relationships by understanding tenant needs and providing tailored real estate solutions. Collaborate with internal researchers and leverage proprietary tools and databases to identify and prioritize leads. Represent Clarefield’s brand and expertise in a fiercely competitive market, differentiating our services from larger brokerage firms. Manage your own pipeline and sales process with minimal micromanagement, demonstrating initiative and persistence. Work closely with senior brokers and leadership to learn the nuances of commercial real estate leasing and tenant representation. Who You Are You possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and are motivated by uncapped earning potential. You are comfortable with a call‑heavy role initially and excited by the prospect of building meaningful client relationships and engaging with the local community. You thrive in a competitive environment and are not deterred by challenges or rejection. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to sell yourself and Clarefield’s platform effectively. You are self‑disciplined, resourceful, and able to manage multiple leads and contacts independently. Previous sales experience is a plus, especially in real estate, SaaS, or similar industries, but your mindset and drive are paramount. Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary in the range of $50,000 to $62,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates. OTE ranging from 90k‑120k in first year with uncapped commissions. Lucrative commission structure paying approximately 20% of the deals you bring through to closing, with significant upside potential as you grow your client base.
