Position at Dealer Car Search LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! Are you a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships? If so, this could be a great fit. In this fast-paced role, you'll focus heavily on high-volume outreach, including prospecting and cold calling, while gathering valuable customer insights. You'll serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities.

We're looking for motivated, driven individuals who are eager to succeed, ready to jump into a sales environment, and excited to contribute to our continued growth. This will be supporting our Net Driven brand. Net Driven sells to independent tire and auto service shop owners, helping them grow their business through digital marketing, websites, and customer acquisition tools.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• 2+ years proven track record of generating leads, or related work experience preferred.
• Experience working in a CRM or specifically in Salesforce
• Lead generation/cold calling experience
• Associates degree preferred (But not required)
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from prospecting to hand-off of Territory Manager.
• Able to excel in a high-volume work environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Demonstrated business acumen with small business owners.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a mixed-mode environment (onsite, remote, or hybrid), including consistent use of video conferencing, collaboration tools, and proactive communication while maintaining a professional on-camera presence.
• Plus: Experience with Digital Marketing products: SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, etc.
