Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote working setup, allowing for flexibility while still being part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team focused on addiction recovery. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will engage with clients through virtual sessions and actively participate in team meetings aimed at enhancing treatment strategies and outcomes. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals grappling with substance use disorders, ranging from those in the initial stages of recovery to clients managing long-term challenges. You will work alongside a diverse clientele, bringing a culturally competent approach to therapy that respects each individual’s unique story and background. Qualifications\n

  A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  Minimum of 1 year of practical experience working in mental health counseling, particularly in addiction treatment settings.

  Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
