The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients seeking support for substance use disorders, analyzing their history, motivations, and treatment goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions to help clients develop coping strategies, address underlying issues, and promote lasting change.

• Lead group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive environment where clients can share their experiences and learn from one another.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support for clients in distress or experiencing substance-related emergencies.

• Educate clients and their families on addiction, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them on their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets individuals struggling with substance use disorders, representing a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences. Our therapists work closely with clients who are often dealing with complex psychological and social challenges tied to addiction, requiring compassion, understanding, and tailored therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must possess valid licensure as an LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders and a range of evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in providing individual and group therapy within addiction treatment settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a non-judgmental, empathetic approach toward clients.

• Proficient in maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with ethical standards.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and essential computer applications is advantageous.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote, multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, supplemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus upon joining our team.
