The work schedule typically spans Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the possibility of evening shifts based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals struggling with substance use disorders, from those in early stages of recovery to others who may be facing relapse. Our patient demographic is diverse, spanning various ages, backgrounds, and socioeconomic statuses. Your role will not only support individuals but also their families, as you offer education and tools they can use in conjunction with formal treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist in the state of California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, recovery-oriented care, and established treatment modalities.

• Experience providing both individual and group therapy tailored to addiction treatment contexts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
