Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand the client’s entire substance use history and mental health concerns.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that target both addiction and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work closely with the treatment team to ensure cohesive and integrated care for clients, sharing updates and recommendations during regular case meetings.

• Provide educational resources and support to clients' families, enabling them to participate actively in the recovery process.

• Maintain precise client documentation that adheres to regulatory standards while ensuring confidentiality.

This role focuses specifically on individuals coping with substance use disorders, providing therapeutic support to diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as one of the following: LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proven experience and specialized training in addiction counseling techniques.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices concerning substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and motivate clients toward positive change.

Compensation and Benefits\n
