• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, mentor new team members, and contribute to stringent lab quality assurance practices.
• Uphold safety standards in the lab while complying with all regulatory and accreditation policies.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent degree in allied health, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ensure continuous certification throughout your tenure with us.
