Community Association Attorney

Our client, a South Florida firm with an established community association practice, is hiring an attorney for its Broward County office. The work You'd represent condominium and homeowners' associations across the issues their boards actually face: governance and elections, covenant enforcement, contract review and negotiation, and day-to-day counsel to property managers and directors. Litigation experience is a real plus here — especially collections and lien foreclosure work, which is a steady part of the practice. Who this fits 3–20 years of experience — the firm is open on seniority and will shape the role around the right person Experience in community association law (condo/HOA representation), or a closely related real estate or litigation background with genuine interest in the field Florida Bar admission in good standing Comfortable owning client relationships and working directly with association boards Compensation Salary around $105,000+, depending on experience.
