???? HIGH ACUITY (TRACH / VENT / COMPLEX CARE)

Wauchula / Sebring

• 
  URGENT: Every Other Wed + Sat/Sun Days (6A6P) | Teen | G-tube + Bipap through vent + seizures + cath care
  
  

Bowling Green

• 
  URGENT: Every Other Sat Days + Sun Days | Preschooler | Trach + Vent + G-tube + seizures + med management
  
  

???? MODERATE ACUITY (G-TUBE / SEIZURES / OXYGEN / MOBILITY)

Lake Placid

• 
  URGENT: Fridays + Every Other Weekend Days | Teen | Cerebral palsy + G-tube
  
  

Bowling Green

• 
  URGENT: Weekend Nights | Adolescent | Seizures | Ambulatory + verbal
  
  

???? REQUIREMENTS

• 
  Active Florida RN or LPN license
  
  



• 
  Pediatric or home care experience preferred
  
  



• 
  Trach/Vent experience required for high-acuity cases

Qualifications

• 
  Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  
  






• 
  Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 60 days
  
  





• 
  Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
  
  



• 
  TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
  
  



• 
  Must have reliable transportation
