Business Development Manager

Job Description
A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for driving company growth and identifying new business opportunities by building strategic partnerships and expanding company presence locally and in expanded markets. The BDM must analyze market trends, attend industry events, set revenue goals while maintaining client relationships. The BDM acts as a bridge between the company and new markets, ensuring sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships
- Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Set and achieve revenue growth targets
- Generate leads and negotiate deals
- Network at industry events to expand company presence
- Drive market expansion initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business development
