Key Responsibilities\n

• Participate actively in Child and Family team meetings, treatment planning sessions, and multidisciplinary reflective practices that drive care decisions.

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to inform treatment plans, ensuring adherence to agency protocols and licensing requirements.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment updates, ensuring all reports, including discharge summaries, are submitted in a timely manner.

• Safeguard client confidentiality and uphold the integrity of all records, implementing best practices to manage sensitive information responsibly.

• Employ evidence-based methods to accurately diagnose and develop treatment strategies tailored to the unique needs of children and adolescents.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, using systemic therapeutic approaches to engage all family members in the healing process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient demographic, including children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Elite Marriage and Family Systems offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000.
