Accounts Receivable Coordinator

Location: Boca Raton, FL (Fully Onsite to Start) Compensation: DOE (please provide full-time salary expectations upon submission) Start Date: ASAP (urgent need) Position Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join their team in a fast-growing, start-up–like environment . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced setting and takes a proactive, hands‑on approach to managing collections and resolving discrepancies. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with strong potential for long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle Accounts Receivable processes Conduct collections outreach and follow up with customers on outstanding balances Apply and reconcile cash receipts accurately Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues Maintain accurate AR aging reports and documentation Communicate effectively with internal teams and external customers Support month‑end close activities related to AR Qualifications Proven experience in Accounts Receivable and Collections Comfortable working in a high-volume transaction environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reconciliation, reporting) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proactive, self‑starter with strong problem‑solving abilities Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Nice to Have Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems Why This Role Opportunity to convert to a permanent position Join a dynamic, growing organization Ability to make an immediate impact within the team Gain exposure to a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial work environment This is a great opportunity for an AR professional looking to grow their career while contributing to a high-performing team.
