As part of your responsibilities, you’ll engage virtually with clients, other healthcare professionals, and caregivers, developing an integrated care approach that benefits those under your care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver direct clinical services to clients, including assessment and therapy for individuals displaying symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions to provide brief, focused treatment and recovery services.
\n
• Engage collaboratively with clients, families, and care teams, ensuring comprehensive communication about treatment plans and updates.
\n
• Create integrated care plans that link clients to necessary services and supports, promoting holistic wellness.

• Monitor and manage a caseload, including the assessment process, therapy sessions (individual, group, and family), and tracking client progress throughout their engagement with our services.

• Conduct developmentally appropriate screenings and arrange for further assessments, as needed, to tailor specific interventions.

• Involve in crisis intervention efforts, employing appropriate techniques to stabilize clients during urgent situations.
\n
• Participate in team meetings and committees to contribute to quality improvement efforts within the organization.

• Provide on-call coverage, ensuring accessibility to clients outside standard program hours.

• Ensure all documentation and data submissions are timely and comply with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active LCSW license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
